* Water, electricity, and heating costs are charged to consumption.
* Insurance against damages: Euro 250,00 (as a refundable deposit).
* A down payment of 30% of total price is requested at time of reservation; the balance is due on arrival.
* Pets: Euro 25 if kept outdoor; Euro 50 indoor (weekly charges).
* Services not available: breakfast and restaurant. Inside the apartments our guests will find a selection of brochures and catalogues showing the typical restaurants in the area, the most interesting excursions.
* Note: the above prices are per apartment and on a weekly basis:
from Saturday 4.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. (arrival) until next Saturday 10.00 a.m.
